Dear Jim,

I am writing this letter to thank you and your crew for the manufacture of the doors and windows for my project on Galiano Island.

Your staff has done a magnificent job in the design and construction of all the windows and doors involved. There have been many compliments as well by others in and around the job site; they all fit where they were supposed to fit.

Fine craftsmanship is something that is getting harder to find in our world. You and your staff should be proud of the high level of craftsmanship you have attained and hopefully continue to maintain.
