Sash members are milled from tight grain Douglas Fir, selected and kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-12% at time of fabrication. Sash corners are joined with a finger jointed mitre and glued with Dura-loc 150 glue. Overall sash thickness is 1 3/4". All components are finished with Flood clear finish wood preservative after assembly.
