Frames are milled from tight, vertical grain Douglas Fir, selected and kiln
dried to a moisture content of 6-12% at time of fabrication. Frame thickness
is 1-1/4". Frame corners are rabbeted, caulked with Tremco Tremsil 200
Silicone Sealant and secured with #8 x 2" screws. Screws are countersunk and
sealed with Tremco Tremsil 200 Silicone Sealant.

Standard jamb depths are 1-1/4" x 4-9/16" and 1-1/4" x 6-9/16".
Optional
jamb depths are available up to
1-1/4" x 8-1/4".

Jamb component is manufactured from one solid piece: no finger joints, no
veneer and no jamb extensions.

|
This main frame assembly method provides one continuous perimeter,
highlighting the true beauty of stain grade finishes and eliminating the
build up of boxed framed units.
Boxed framing is available on request.

after assembly. |
