washington, usa 2007

Conceptualized by Weinstein AU, the public is invited into the space, by a two-story window-wall entry, produced by Unison. Day-light pours into each face of the building's large reading room through large stacked horizontal panes. The custom assembly of Unison's Natural Douglas Fir Windows in this structure serves to add a unique and functional design feature, while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.
